The National Hurricane Center says Isaias is approaching the Gulf Coast while NWS Tallahassee holds extreme Hurricane and Storm Surge Warnings for the Florida panhandle, with the day's other calls running from a California wildfire to shootings, arrests and fatal crashes involving law enforcement.
