Driver, 26, killed after being hit by own vehicle after crash, cops say
Daniel Sandchez Valencia was driving west at 5:39 a.m. near milepost 41.8 when he lost control of his SUV, ran off the left side of the highway, went down a grass median and hit a tree, State Police said.
