Suspect leads Westlake police on a wrong-way highway chase

An officer at 1:37 a.m. on Oct. 29 tried to stop a vehicle for an equipment violation near Clemens Road and I-90 westbound. The driver of the Hyundai Elantra failed to stop for the cruiser’s lights and sirens and sped toward Avon, according to a Westlake Police Department press release.
